WaterBridge places $150m senior notes at 6.500% due 2033
WBI Operating LLC, a subsidiary of WaterBridge, priced $150 million of senior notes at 6.500% (due 2033) at par; the size was increased from an initial $100 million. The new notes will be issued as additional notes under the indenture dated Oct. 6, 2025 and share the terms of the existing $600 million series with a 6.500% coupon. WaterBridge raises full-year guidance despite missed quarterly earnings
WaterBridge reported Q1 2026 revenue of $201.0m and net income of $9.5m (EPS $0.08), significantly missing profit expectations and sending the stock down about 4.17%. Despite the earnings disappointment, adjusted EBITDA was strong at $102.9m with a 51% margin. Management raised the full-year guidance for production volumes and adjusted EBITDA to $425–465m, citing stronger demand in the Delaware Basin and progress on the Speedway projects, while capital expenditures for pipeline construction increased. WaterBridge Infrastructure appointed Valerie Chase as a member of the board of directors and as chair of the audit committee; her term expires at the 2026 annual general meeting or earlier upon resignation or removal. The board classifies her as an independent director; Chase brings more than 20 years of experience in finance, accounting and corporate governance.
