3U Holding expects significantly higher operating profitability from 2026

GSC analyst Jens Nielsen lowers the price target for 3U Holding but maintains a positive rating after the guidance adjusted in November was not fully met due to a persistently weak SHK market. 3U Holding cuts forecast after SHK demand decline, GSC Research confirms buy recommendation

3U Holding revises its annual targets due to significant declines in demand in the SHK segment and is expanding restructuring measures. GSC Research lowers the fair value to €2.00 (previously €2.40) but confirms the “buy” rating because of the diversified business model and solid balance sheet. As of 30 September 2025, 3U reports an equity ratio of 56.4% and cash liquidity of €19.9 million and holds 363.2 Bitcoin (book value €27.1 million, current valuation around €29.5 million).
