The study measures the primary endpoint of change in back pain on a 100-mm VAS after 12 months; Aclarion expects initial internal analyses and interim results in Q4 2026. Nociscan uses MR spectroscopy and algorithms to identify pain-causing discs; however, Aclarion reports high cash burn, low revenue and ongoing unprofitability.
