Amcor’s board has dismissed PwC Switzerland as its auditor and appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC US) as the new auditor. The change follows a recommendation from the audit committee and will become effective upon filing the annual report on Form 10‑K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026. PwC US will assume the audit for the transition fiscal year through December 31, 2026, while PwC Switzerland will continue to support statutory filings for the year ended June 30, 2026.
