BAUER reports total group output of around €1,725 million for 2025 and an improved result with after-tax earnings of €28.9 million (previous year €5.1 million). The segments showed different developments: Spezialtiefbau achieved €753.3 million, Machinery fell to €728.6 million with declining EBIT, while Resources increased significantly. The Supervisory Board and Management Board are proposing a switch to a Kommanditgesellschaft auf Aktien (KGaA) at the annual general meeting; BAUER Management GmbH was founded to prepare for this.
