Bunker Hill is acquiring all outstanding common shares of Silver47 in a share-for-share transaction with an exchange ratio of 0.1724 Bunker Hill shares for each Silver47 share; the deal values Silver47 on a fully diluted basis at about USD 163 million and offers a premium of roughly 38% to the last closing price. After the merger, which will be listed on the TSX as Bunker Hill Silver Corp, existing Bunker Hill shareholders will own about 57% and Silver47 shareholders about 43% of the company. The combined company brings together the Bunker Hill mine in Idaho with Silver47 projects in Alaska, Nevada and New Mexico and delivers combined mineral resources of roughly 80 million ounces silver equivalent (measured and indicated) and 308 million ounces (inferred).
