C&C Group has acquired the Innis & Gunn beer and lager brand and global IP in a pre-packaged administration sale for £4.5m, taking full ownership after previously holding an 8% stake and acting as brewing partner. The group expects a rapid, low-risk integration into its existing brewing, commercial and supply chain operations and forecasts a small positive contribution to fiscal 2027.
