Evergold to acquire 100% of Copper King prospects in British Columbia

Evergold signed a definitive option agreement to acquire full ownership of four Copper King inlier claim groups (173 ha) within its Golden Lion property in British Columbia, with consideration including a 10:1 share consolidation and 533,332 post-consolidation shares paid over two years. Upon exercise Evergold will grant a 2.5% NSR royalty (with option to buy back 1.5% for C$1.5m); the deal is subject to TSXV and shareholder approvals and staged share issuances with four-month hold periods.
