The management board and supervisory board of Kulmbacher Brauerei will propose a dividend of €0.60 per share for 2025 to the annual general meeting on 20 May 2026 (2024: €1.35). The proposal is based on one‑off, non‑cash impairment charges in the IFRS consolidated financial statements (€3.2 million) and in the separate financial statements (€5.8 million), as well as restructuring costs of €1.5 million related to the closure of two sites.
