The compensation committee of Lixte Biotechnology approved the cancellation of previously granted stock options for CEO Geordan Pursglove, CFO Peter Stazzone and several directors and replaced them with immediately non‑forfeitable Restricted Share Units (RSUs) under the 2020 Stock Incentive Plan.
