GameStop has agreed with creditors to convert about $400 million of its 2030 convertible notes and $1 billion of its 2032 convertible notes into class A shares, reducing long-term debt by roughly $1.4 billion but bringing no cash proceeds. The exact dilution will depend on the volume-weighted average price over 35 trading days; the reference period starts now and the closing is slated for September 23.
