Orsted has sold its European onshore business to Danish investment firm Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners for €1.44 billion (USD 1.7bn). The transaction includes about 578 MW of operational capacity, 248 MW under construction and a project pipeline for wind, solar and battery storage in Ireland, the UK, Germany and Spain.
