Peraso has agreed with Roth Principal Investments on a committed equity facility under which the company may issue up to $25 million of common shares to RPI, without being obliged to do so. Peraso reported a 74.4% revenue decline to $1.0 million for Q1 2026, but showed an improving gross margin (61.5%) and a GAAP net loss of $2.5 million.
