Perrot Duval has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Infomaniak’s shares and plans a reverse takeover under which Infomaniak shareholders will receive Perrot Duval shares in a capital increase. At the same time, the existing industrial business is to be divested and the subsidiary Füll Process sold in a management buyout. The transaction requires approval from the SIX Prüfstelle, the Regulatory Board and the shareholders (general meeting on 24 September) and could close no earlier than around 25 September.
