ProMIS Neurosciences has entered into a securities purchase agreement for a PIPE financing of up to $175 million, led by Janus Henderson and the Ally Bridge Group, with participation from new and existing investors as well as management and the board. Approximately $75 million is expected initially, with an additional $100 million if warrants are exercised; common shares, warrants and pre-funded warrants will be sold.
