The European Patent Office has granted SaverOne a patent (EP23712362.5) for a sensor-fusion technology to classify operating modes of mobile communication devices. The patent expands the company’s portfolio to 23 patents (16 granted, 7 filed) and is intended to improve the real-time accuracy of detecting mobile phone use in vehicles. SaverOne develops RF-based safety solutions against driver distraction; the company remained unprofitable with annual revenue of $0.32m. SaverOne will change the ADS ratio from one ADS for 10,800 ordinary shares to one ADS for 43,200 ordinary shares effective at the market open on 25 February 2026; every four existing ADS will be automatically exchanged for one new ADS. Outstanding ADSs will fall from 2,533,919 to 633,480, and the ordinary shares represented by ADSs will total 27,366,336,000. Ordinary shares listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange are not affected; the ADSs will remain listed on the NASDAQ under the ticker SVRE but will receive a new CUSIP.
