Sharps Technology has entered a 90-day lock-up agreement with its strategic advisor SOL Markets, effective January 16, 2026. During this period SOL Markets will refrain from selling, transferring, pledging or hedging the warrants it holds and the underlying common shares issued in connection with advisory services.
