Production remained stable at 3.68 billion m³ in the first nine months, while the EBITDA margin was around 55%. Electrica and Romgaz have signed a letter of intent to jointly develop greenfield generation and storage projects with capacities of up to 400 MW. Electrica is to act as lead developer, Romgaz as a strategic minority partner via a special-purpose vehicle.
