SPI Energy liquidated by Grand Court of the Cayman Islands

The Grand Court of the Cayman Islands has ordered the liquidation of SPI Energy; the process began on 22 July 2025 and the powers of the directors have accordingly ceased. Graham Robinson and James Parkinson of Crowe Cayman Ltd. were appointed as joint official liquidators; they are currently reviewing the company’s financial position and made no comment on its prospects.
