Sport1 loses Darts World Championship to ProSiebenSat.1

After more than 20 years, Sport1 will broadcast the Darts World Championship for the last time at the turn of 2026/27; from 2028 a ProSiebenSat.1 channel will take over. DAZN has secured the extensive PDC rights through 2031 and is sublicensing the World Championship and other major tournaments to ProSiebenSat.1.
