Blue Ant will acquire all outstanding shares of Thunderbird Entertainment in an $89 million transaction. Thunderbird shareholders can elect to receive 0.2165 subordinate voting shares of Blue Ant per share, $1.77 in cash per share, or a combination; the cash portion is capped at $40 million and the offer represents a 28% premium to the 45-day average share price.
