Firm seven‑year time‑charter contracts with a major oil trading company are already in place for all vessels, with an option for a further four years; potential gross revenue including options is around USD 679 million. TOP Ships will pay about USD 41 million for the shares in the special‑purpose vehicles; the acquisition was approved by an independent committee and accompanied by a fairness opinion.
