Twenty One Capital names five strategic priorities after Q2 report
CEO Raphael Zagury outlines five focuses: finalizing corporate governance and controls; building or acquiring operating business units modeled on a Berkshire Hathaway–style structure; expanding capital markets capabilities; strengthening M&A expertise; and establishing a loan and credit business using Bitcoin as collateral. The board was expanded with two independent members: Paul Lalljie (chair of the audit committee) and Karl Olsoni. Zagury notes the stock is currently trading at a discount to the Bitcoin holdings and announces regular, at least quarterly, updates. Tether remains the controlling shareholder and strategic partner; related‑party transactions will be handled strictly and transparently. » Más en de.investing.com
