WashTec reports record sales for Q2 2026, margins remain under pressure

WashTec posted record revenues in the second quarter and first half of 2026 (Q2: €137m; H1: €248m), but EBIT stagnated at €17.7m in H1 and the EBIT margin fell from 7.6% to 7.1%. SmartCare Connect accounted for 54% of portal car wash system sales in Q2, and demand in North America grew significantly.
