Alphavalue upgrades ACS to Add on Turner growth and Thiess takeover

Alphavalue has raised its rating for ACS from Reduce to Add. The research house cites as main reasons the strong organic growth of US subsidiary Turner (constant‑currency revenue increase of 22.7% and margin rise of almost 70 basis points) and the high share of AI and digitization projects (44% of Turner’s order book, €46bn). The full takeover of Thiess reduces the profit outflow to minority shareholders from 22.6% to around 19%, thereby increasing profit attributable to ACS; a €1.7bn capital increase and S&P’s upgrade to BBB also lower financing costs. » Plus sur de.investing.com
