Adler Group reports stable first half of 2026 and reduces debt

Adler Group reported stable net rental income of €63 million for H1 2026 and confirmed the full-year guidance of €124–129 million. The portfolio showed like‑for‑like rent growth of 3.0%, a vacancy rate of 0.9% and a positive revaluation of +0.5%. Since the start of the year, €201 million of liabilities have been repaid; interest-bearing total debt fell to nominal €3.5 billion and LTV stands at 79.2%.
