Agronomics leads Series A-4 financing for SuperMeat and invests $5m

Agronomics and affiliated company New Agrarian raised a total of $6m at the first closing of SuperMeat’s Series A-4 round, with Agronomics investing $5m through the issue of 26,805,903 new ordinary shares at 13.78 pence each. The placement was at the net asset value as of 31.12.2025 and was about 109% above the mid closing price on May 8; New Agrarian contributed $1m. The round is targeting $10m in total and includes existing investors such as Milk & Honey Ventures; the new shares are subject to a one-year lock-up and trading restrictions. SuperMeat intends to use the proceeds for commercialization and licensing, with Switzerland as the first market and collaborations with Ajinomoto and Micarna; Agronomics will hold roughly 27.8% diluted after completion and has invested a total of £15.2m to date. » Plus sur de.investing.com
Agronomics invests A$3m in All G to expand lactoferrin production

Agronomics has invested a further A$3m in Australian biotech All G under a note purchase agreement as part of a financing round of at least A$10m. The two‑year notes pay 6% per year and are convertible into shares under certain conditions. The funds will support commercial production, regulatory filings, patent development and expansion in Asia and Europe; US and China launches are planned for Q1 2026. Agronomics invests US$6 million in BlueNalu

Agronomics has invested a further US$6 million in cell-cultivated seafood company BlueNalu; additionally, convertible bonds worth US$600,000 were placed. The US$6 million will be financed via preferred shares and settled by the issuance of 30,643,003 new Agronomics shares at 14.65 pence per share. On completion, Agronomics is expected to hold around 12.96% of BlueNalu (fully diluted). BlueNalu will use the funds for the market launch of cultivated bluefin tuna, regulatory processes, initial commercial activities with premium partners and manufacturing preparations; the new shares are subject to a one-year holding period and orderly-market arrangements. » Plus sur de.investing.com
