aifinyo launches Germany's first publicly listed Bitcoin treasury, targets 10,000 BTC by 2027

FinTech aifinyo is shifting its balance sheet to Bitcoin and pursuing a pure-play approach with systematic accumulation from operating cash flows rather than trading. Strategic partner UTXO Management is making an initial €3 million investment, which will flow directly into Bitcoin. Custody will be provided via BaFin-regulated institutional cold‑storage solutions, and the company plans to build up over 10,000 BTC by 2027.
