Allegro posts strong Q2 results and launches a PLN 800 million share buyback, stock hits year high

Allegro released preliminary Q2 2026 figures that beat consensus estimates: consolidated revenue PLN 3.34 billion (+16.1%), adjusted EBITDA PLN 1.03 billion (+11.5%) and GMV +14.4% (international GMV +82.4%). Management plans the first phase of a PLN 800 million share buyback possibly starting from 15 July and is considering raising the annual guidance.
