Amotiv stock falls after disappointing outlook

Amotiv shares plunged 15.4% to AUD 6.27 on Tuesday after the company reported an adjusted EBITA of AUD 195.1 million for fiscal year 2026 and revenue growth of 2.7% to just over AUD 1 billion. Investors were mainly disappointed by the 2027 outlook, which forecasts only moderate growth in revenue and adjusted EBITA. Gross margins fell by around one percentage point to 42.8%, reflecting ongoing cost pressure across the business units, and analyst sentiment had already been subdued ahead of the results. Das Segment Davey bietet Pumpen und Drucksysteme für Wasser in Haushalten und in der Landwirtschaft, Wassertransferpumpen, Schwimmbadprodukte, Spa-Badesteuerungen sowie Pumpen und Wasserreinigungsgeräte. Das Unternehmen war früher unter dem Namen GUD Holdings Limited bekannt und änderte im Juni 2024 seinen Namen in Amotiv Limited. Amotiv Limited wurde 1958 gegründet und hat seinen Sitz in South Melbourne, Australien.
