ARI Motors Industries publishes audited 2025 annual financial statements and reports demand pickup at subsidiary
ARI Motors Industries presents the audited 2025 annual financial statements; operating subsidiary ARI Motors GmbH recorded 2025 revenues of EUR 2.8 million (prev. EUR 5.5 million), other operating income of EUR 0.5 million and ended with a net loss of EUR 70 thousand (prev. net profit EUR 88 thousand). The switch of the volume model ARI 458 to the new generation ARI 458 PRO weighed on sales, while the average selling price per vehicle rose and the cost structure was optimized. In the current fiscal year demand improved markedly: from an average of 8–9 vehicles/month in Q1 2026 to about 20/month in Q2; H1 2026 revenue is slightly above the prior-year level. Management plans a strategic refocus on compact, low-cost electric vehicles for urban use and, due to high market volatility, gives no specific forecast for 2026 but expects a sustained operational improvement during the year. » Plus sur de.investing.com
ARI Motors: preliminary 2025 figures show sales decline with small profit
ARI Motors reports 2025 sales of €3.42m (previous year €5.50m) and a net profit of €39,785 (previous year €88,000). The decline is attributed to weak demand in the e-mobility market and the transition to the successor model ARI 458 PRO; at the same time business stabilized in the second half. Average selling price per vehicle rose to about €22,000, and the order backlog at year-end was 168 vehicles (expected revenue ~€3.7m). Strategically, the company is building a business unit for autonomous delivery vehicles with the newly founded ARVIA SE and plans prototypes, initial revenues and an IPO in Sweden in 2026; no specific forecast for 2026 is being provided at this time. » Plus sur de.investing.com

Operationally, a phased know‑how transfer of the autonomous driving and fleet technology has been agreed; for 2026 up to 200 autonomous delivery vehicles manufactured in Europe are planned, with expected revenues of over EUR 5m. » Plus sur finanzen.net
