Aritzia has agreed with its designated broker to an automatic share purchase plan approved by the Toronto Stock Exchange, allowing the acquisition of up to 4,308,739 subordinate voting shares, including during previously specified trading blackout periods. The plan runs until the end of the existing buyback program (May 13, 2026 to May 12, 2027) and purchases will be made according to price and volume parameters set by management, in compliance with exchange rules and securities laws. Aritzia beats Q4 forecasts – revenue and EPS well above expectations
Aritzia reported Q4 fiscal 2026 revenue of $1.19 billion (+33% y/y) and EPS of $1.15, with both metrics topping expectations. Gross margin expanded by 90 basis points to 43.3% and adjusted EBITDA rose 37% to $221 million. Strong in-store and digital sales, particularly in the U.S. (+38% net sales), drove the growth; the stock rose 4.47% after the results. Management plans further retail and digital expansion but sees risks from tariff pressure, inventories and intensified competition. » Plus sur de.investing.com

Digital sales accounted for 41% of net revenue, and US revenue rose 38% thanks to new boutiques and online growth.
