A.S. Création Tapeten prepares move from General Standard to Scale segment

The management board of A.S. Création Tapeten has decided to prepare the change of the stock listing from the regulated market (General Standard) to the Scale segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The aim is to reduce regulatory and administrative burdens while maintaining capital market presence; the delisting from the regulated market and the admission to Scale are to be applied for in parallel.
