ASGN changes name on NYSE to Everforth and ticker to EFOR

ASGN has filed in Delaware to change its corporate name to Everforth; the board approved the change and the charter was amended solely to reflect the name change. Trading of the common shares will cease under the current NYSE symbol ASGN and will resume on Friday under the new ticker EFOR. ASGN changes name to Everforth and switches NYSE ticker to EFOR

ASGN announced that the company will rebrand as Everforth on April 24 and will trade on the NYSE under the new ticker symbol EFOR. The renaming is part of a previously announced transformation and consolidates seven existing brands under the Everforth name.
