Atresmedia Medios Comunicacion reported H1 2025 revenue of €507m (−3.2%); EBITDA fell 16.7% to €85m and net profit declined 7.6% to €63.8m. The decline was driven by lower TV advertising revenue (−4.6%), while radio (+4.7%) and digital channels grew; Atresplayer reached 708,000 subscribers (+13%). The company made several acquisitions (including 75% of lastlap for €17m and a majority stake in AC2ALITY) and saw content growth; cash position fell to €65.4m after dividend payments, with a target net cash position of €50–70m at year-end.
