BIGG Digital Assets rebrands as Surge Digital and announces 7-to-1 share consolidation

BIGG Digital Assets will change its name to Surge Digital and plans a 7-for-1 share consolidation, subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange. The measures are expected to take effect on or about August 26, 2026, and will reduce the current 355,780,820 common shares to approximately 50,825,831 outstanding shares. Fractions will be rounded up or down depending on size, no cash payment will be made for fractional shares, and options and convertible securities will be adjusted on a proportional basis. The new ticker will be SRGE and new CUSIP/ISIN numbers have been assigned; the name change and consolidation were approved by the board of directors without a shareholder vote. » Plus sur de.investing.com
