BIO key increases revenue by 13%; net loss halved

BIO key reported Q2 revenue of USD 1.9 million (up 13%) and a halved net loss of USD 577,000. License revenues rose 53% to USD 1.2 million, while hardware sales fell 19%; expected hardware sales of about USD 800,000 were pushed into H2 2026. BIO-key receives reprimand from Nasdaq over late 10-Q filing

BIO-key received a reprimand from Nasdaq for noncompliance with Rule 5250(c)(1) after the quarterly report (Form 10-Q) for the period ended March 31, 2026 was not filed with the SEC on time. The Nasdaq Hearing Panel will take the violation into account when deciding on the company’s continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
