Boreo grows strongly in second quarter, stock rises around 15%

Boreo reported a 12% revenue increase in the second quarter to €45.1m and an operating EBIT of €2.6m (+19%), lifting the EBIT margin to 5.7%. Operating net cash flow improved to €1.6m (previous year: -€0.5m) and the 12-month cash flow rose 50% to €11.4m. Boreo records sixth consecutive quarter of organic growth and improves leverage

For Q1 2026 Boreo reports organic growth for the sixth quarter in a row: revenue rose 16% to €39.5m, of which organic growth contributed 9 percentage points and acquisitions accounted for around 7%. Operating EBIT climbed 28% to €1.7m (EBIT margin 4.3%), ROCE improved to 9.1% and net leverage fell to 2.2x operating EBITDA.
