Siemens Energy benefits from data center boom and reports record order intake

Siemens Energy sees higher demand for power generation and grid technology from the expansion of data centers, from which Gas Services and Grid Technologies could particularly benefit. In the third quarter of fiscal 2026 the company recorded a record order intake of €17.9 billion and an order backlog of €162 billion; comparable revenue rose 18.5 percent to €11.4 billion. RBC upgrades Siemens Energy to Outperform and sets price target at €200

RBC Capital Markets added Siemens Energy to its “Top 30 Global Ideas for 2026” list and, led by analyst Colin Moody, rates the stock Outperform with a €200 price target. Moody expects average revenue growth of 13% p.a. through 2030 and an average increase in operating profit (EBITA) of 40%, well above industry rates of 5% and 9%.
