Bridgepoint has announced the issuance of 10,132,073 ordinary shares to satisfy allocation claims related to the takeover of Energy Capital Partners. Private equity firm Bridgepoint is taking majority ownership of diagnostic chain GBA; Ardian is selling the bulk of its stake. GBA is valued at a billion-euro sum in the transaction, management remains invested and financial details were not disclosed.
