BTQ Technologies appoints Dr. Michael Grace to its U.S. team to advance development, product security and commercialization of the QCIM quantum-compute-in-memory architecture for post-quantum cryptography. Grace joins from Samsung Knox and brings product-security experience as well as experience from Mojo Vision. BTQ recently, in collaboration with the Industrial Technology Research Institute, validated the QCIM core in a TSMC 28-nanometer environment and demonstrated accelerations in cryptographic operations according to NIST-FIPS standards. BTQ Technologies reports progress toward commercialization: QSSN processed over 100,000 mainnet transactions in the quarter and significantly accelerated settlement times, the QSM tapeout with 55,000 gates is complete, and the acquisition of QPerfect has been completed. At quarter-end the company had CAD 9.73 million in cash and is selectively using a CAD 150 million ATM offering to fund operations. BTQ Technologies has signed a memorandum of intent with ITCENGLOBAL, specifically with its subsidiary ITCEN PNS, to cooperate on the integration and commercialization of post‑quantum cryptographic solutions. The partnership focuses on financial networks, digital identities, biometric authentication, blockchain security and government security infrastructure for Korea and international markets.
