Caledonian Holdings raised £612,000 by placing and subscribing for 48,960,000 new shares at 1.25 pence each. The placing generated £538,000, and subscriptions by directors and managers accounted for £37,000. The net proceeds will be used as working capital for Aspire Commerce Group to commercially launch a multi-currency business account with a debit card and to convert trade finance opportunities. Aspire is in advanced talks with external financiers and foreign-exchange partners to scale in Southeast Asia, China and the Middle East. Caledonian Holdings has set up an at‑the‑market facility with Axis Kapitalmärkte for the issue and sale of up to 350,000,000 new ordinary shares and has appointed Axis together with AlbR Capital as joint brokers. The shareholder approval dated 11 May 2026 provides the basis; in an initial tranche a block listing for up to 26,010,702 shares (around 20% of the issued share capital) will be sought.
