Catena Media reported revenue of €9.5m in Q2 2026 (−1% year‑on‑year, −23% quarter‑on‑quarter) and adjusted EBITDA of €1.2m (−11% year‑on‑year), after which the share price fell by around 6.5%. The casino business remained stable, accounting for 90% of revenue and growing by 8%, while the sports segment collapsed by 43%. Catena Media reported a 26% revenue increase in Q1 2026 to 12.3 Mio. EUR and an adjusted EBITDA of 2.7 Mio. EUR, a rise of 191%. The adjusted EBITDA margin was 22%, remaining above 20% for the third consecutive quarter. After the results, the stock rose 9.32% to 2.73 EUR. Catena Media increases Q4 revenue by 53% thanks to casino segment

Catena Media reports Q4 2025 revenue up 53% to €15.6m; the casino segment contributed 89% of quarterly revenue and North America accounted for 98% of sales. Adjusted EBITDA rose to €4.7m (previous year €1.5m), with the EBITDA margin doubling to 30%. New depositing customers increased 56% to 40,364, operating cash flow improved to €1.4m and cash and cash equivalents stood at €9.3m. After repaying a senior bond there are no longer any debt securities outstanding, but the company holds hybrid securities with a nominal value of €43.7m.
