CENIT: chairman and deputy chair resign, request for court appointments

Rainer-Christian Koppitz and Regina Weinmann are resigning their positions on CENIT’s supervisory board with effect from 27 September 2026. After the resignations only one supervisory board member will remain; the management board and supervisory board are therefore applying to the court to appoint Klaus Weinmann and Uwe Kemm as supervisory board members until the next annual general meeting. Cenit raises EBITDA significantly in H1 2026 and announces capital increase

Cenit slightly increased revenue to €104.66m in the first half of 2026, but boosted EBITDA disproportionately to €8.52m (H1 2025: €1.20m), supported by higher‑margin revenues and cost savings from the restructuring program “Project Performance”. The company plans a capital increase of 1.67 million new shares (20% of the outstanding shares) at a subscription price of €6.50 per share, which should raise roughly €10.88m gross; major shareholder PRIMEPULSE has committed to fully exercise its subscription rights. Cenit slightly increased revenue in the first half of 2026 to €104.66 million (H1 2025: €103.71 million) while keeping its full-year target of €210 million unchanged. EBITDA improved markedly to €8.52 million (H1 2025: €1.20 million), mainly due to higher‑margin revenues and cost cuts from the restructuring program “Project Performance”.
