Churchill Capital Corp XIII placed 36,000,000 units at $10.00 each, raising $360 million; the units are trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker XIIIU. Each unit consists of one Class A common share and one-tenth of a redeemable warrant exercisable to buy one common share at $11.50; separate trading symbols will be XIII (shares) and XIIIW (warrants).
