Civeo prices a senior, unsecured convertible note of $100 million with a 4.50% coupon, maturing August 1, 2031; settlement planned for July 7, 2026. Civeo joint venture extends accommodation contract in western Canada to 2032

A joint venture of Civeo has received a six-year contract extension to provide accommodation and support services in western Canada; the agreement runs until June 30, 2032, replacing contracts that would have expired in 2027.
