Creightons PLC: shareholders approve all 19 resolutions and final dividend

Shareholders of Creightons PLC voted at the annual general meeting to approve all 19 proposed resolutions, including unanimous adoption of the annual accounts and a final dividend of 0.50 pence per ordinary share for the year ended 31 March 2025. Three new directors (Paul Watts, Jemima Bird and Mohammed Qadeer) were appointed with over 99.9% approval, six incumbent directors were re-elected, the constitutional amendments and the reappointment of auditor Forvis Mazars LLP were confirmed. Creightons increases revenue and profit through strong private label business in fiscal year 2025

Creightons plc recorded a 1.6% increase in revenue to £54.1 million in fiscal year 2025, driven by strong growth in its private label business. Net profit reached £2.5 million after a loss in the previous year, and EBITDA rose by 57.9% to £5.1 million.
