CyanConnode shareholders approve takeover offer from Esyasoft
CyanConnode shareholders have overwhelmingly approved the proposed takeover by Esyasoft Technologies UK; 96.77% of the voting scheme shareholders and 96.02% of votes at the general meeting voted in favor. The transaction is an all-cash offer and will be implemented by a Scheme of Arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006, subject to court approval at the hearing on 10 September 2026. The scheme is expected to take effect on 14 September 2026; the likely last day of trading on AIM is 11 September, with trading expected to be suspended on 14 September and delisting on 15 September.
