Danske Andelskassers Bank now expects core earnings of DKK 205–235m and pre-tax profit of DKK 260–300m for 2025, both figures revised upward. For the first nine months of 2025 the bank anticipates core earnings of around DKK 189m and a pre-tax profit of about DKK 235m. Sydbank buys 70,000 of its own shares in calendar week 35

Sydbank purchased 70,000 of its own shares between 25 and 29 August 2025 as part of its ongoing buyback programme, at prices between DKK 487.65 and DKK 540.34 (total volume around DKK 35.5m). The buyback programme dated 26 February 2025 has a volume of DKK 1.35bn; since its start 1,625,000 shares have been repurchased for DKK 722.7m. After the most recent transactions the bank holds 1,643,923 treasury shares (3.21% of capital).
