Definity reported operating earnings per share of 0.99 USD for Q4 2025 (expectation 0.92 USD), booked gross written premiums of 1.2 billion USD and a combined ratio of 89.9%. For 2025, GWP stood at 4.8 billion USD and book value per share rose 16% to 33.78 USD.
